Frequently Asked Questions

We've compiled a list of our most frequently received questions. Look through it and maybe we can answer a question that you didn't think to ask! If you don't find the answers to what you are looking for just reach out, we will be more than happy to help you!

What is included in your bar service?

We have four bar packages to choose from. Use of our bar service is required. Included is 5.5 hours of hosted service. Not interested in alcohol? We have a package for you as well!

Can we bring in our own alcohol?

We do not allow guests to bring in their own alcohol. All alcohol provided must come through our liquor license.

Do you have taxes & fees added to the pricing?

Taxes and/or fees are added to your final costs. You'll be able to see the price breakdown on your invoice before signing the contract.

Do you have preferred vendors?

We have a preferred vendors list that will help our clients plan their events without all the stress that comes with trying to find the perfect vendors! Aside from catering, we do not require you to use of any of our preferred vendors.

What is your maximum capacity?

Our max capacity is 150 guests.

Do I have to rent tables and chairs?

Our venue rental cost includes the use of our tables and chairs. These are free for you to use. We also include setting them up for your event. We do not provide linens for these, they will have to be sourced by your caterer or a rental company. You are also welcome to rent tables and chairs from a rental company if you don't want to use ours. However, we only set up our tables and chairs. Be sure to coordinate the set up with your rental company.

Are there any locations on sight to get ready in?

We have both a bridal & grooms suite! Our spaces were designed with you in mind. They are spacious, functional, bright and picture ready.

How do tours work?

We work on appointment only tours. The best way to schedule this is by sending us an initial inquiry and we will respond with a link to schedule your tour!

How much are on-sight ceremonies?

We have on sight ceremony options. Our most popular is having the ceremony on our rooftop patio or in the event space, which costs $500.

Do you charge a cake cutting fee?

We do not charge a fee for cake cutting. Your caterer will be responsible for serving cake!

Can we use Edison beers in our bar service?

We love that you love Edison Brewing Company! We definitely can serve Edison beer at your event!

Do you allow outside catering?

We have a list of caterers that you can choose from. We unfortunately do not allow any caterer not on our list. We work very closely with our preferred caterers and together we will make your event a success.

When can I have access to the space for my event?

For all day rentals, you will have access to the space from 12pm to 11pm.

If you purchase our suite package you'll be granted access at 10am.

Is my event allowed to have live music or a DJ?

Hey, we like to party too! Live music and/or DJs are welcome in the space!

How late can the party go?

Typically guests have to be out by 11pm, but this can be extended by our hourly rate which varies. Let us know what you have in mind and we can give you a quote!
